About
Many hats have been worn in the last few decades. But operational effectiveness reigns as my primary passion. This has been true as a business owner, a care taker of several stores and a caretaker of over 100 stores. Add to that the passion to get distribution and customer support dialed in as a wholesaler representative and it's clear: improving lives is where I thrive no matter the context.
I've written a US Patent for concrete stabilization and I've written a mobile app for pro's to order paint. I've written SOP's and mobile app for aisle maintenance operations. I've launched more than one E-com site and built meaningful enhancements to make it profitable. Even after all that, I'm most excited to put that experience to work for other independent retailers. Every operation has unique opportunities to grow profits. Maybe it's time to put this passion and experience to work for your operation. I don't have all the answers by any means, but I have the tools to help you achieve the goals for your operation - and maybe cultivate a few new goals along the way.
